Simple steps for customization for selecting sizes , flavors, decors.
-
Live tracking showing the status of the delivery.
Paper Prototype
Based on the solutions we found from the initial research, we the team of 6 each came up with our own designs as the first step of our design process
Low-Fidelity Prototype
Following the development of six designs by our team, we selected the most noteworthy features and design patterns from each design and integrated them into a new design that served as a low-fidelity prototype.
Lo-fi Prototype Takeaways
This is our initial review of the Lo-fi Prototype we got from the stakeholders i'e; our professor. We noted some of the important takeaways from the review.
Have to pay attention to the flow of the app
Make extra page for the combos
Theme options in the customization should be more informative
Change done button to Skip in customization
Hi-fi prototype
While creating this high-fidelity prototype, we made several modifications to our app's flow based on the initial assessment that we received.
Usability testing and Analysis
-
Did one on one interviews where we recruited 12 participants and observed their interactions with the prototype and also asked questions while they were doing the tasks.
-
In our exploration of usability test analysis, we employed Thematic analysis.
-
We worked together as a team to look at and understand the insights we found in the analysis. We wrote everything down in an Excel sheet. After that, we had a brainstorming session to find the things that were similar and make themes.
-
We categorized the themes using color-coding. This process allowed us to pinpoint shared characteristics.
-
Afterwards, we placed our themes into a separate sheet so that we could begin making iterations.
Key Findings
With the help of the analyzed themes. we started iterating again by noting some main changes we called them key findings.
Final High-Fidelity Prototype
After the final user testing and analysis we made some major changes to the design to make it more user friendly and more responsive.

Conclusion
The process of developing Cream Palette was both enjoyable and educational. Our team of six individuals, each of whom hailed from a distinct background, collaborated to exchange ideas and perspectives in order to identify solutions and develop a plan for analyzing the key findings in order to develop the application that we have developed to date.
